Which platforms is your product actually for?

Three questions. We'll show you where your category tends to work, where it's worth a test, and where it usually is not worth the effort.

1. What do you sell?
2. Typical selling price?
3. How big is one unit?

Answer all three and your shortlist appears here.

A rough steer, not a substitute for a proper category assessment. Open the full tool to have one sent to you.

Aisle of stocked shelving in a fulfilment warehouse.
How it works

From your factory floor to their front page

Stock arriving at a fulfilment centre.
01

You send product

Samples, GST papers and your margin sheet. That's the whole ask from your side - we take it from there.

Product photography and layout selection on a studio desk.
02

We build the listing

Catalogue, keywords and A+ modules - written against what buyers actually search for, not your brochure.

Boxes being loaded into a delivery van.
03

You go live

One to two weeks on Amazon and Flipkart. Two to four for Blinkit, Zepto and Instamart, including the margin negotiation.

A customer completing an online purchase with a card.
04

The shelf keeps moving

Sponsored ads, review management and a monthly report that says what sold, what didn't, and what changes next.

Timelines

How long it actually takes

Assuming documents are ready. Quick commerce takes longer because it's a buying decision, not a signup.

Typical time to live, by platform type
Amazon & Flipkart
Horizontal marketplaces
1-2 weeks. Self-serve onboarding. Most of the time goes into catalogue quality and keyword work, not the registration itself.
Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio
Vertical & fashion
2-3 weeks. Category approval and brand authorisation add a step, and image specs are stricter.
Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart
Quick commerce
2-4 weeks. These platforms onboard by category and city. There's a pitch, a margin sheet and a dark-store conversation before your catalogue goes up - we handle all three.
BigBasket & JioMart
Grocery
3-4 weeks. Vendor onboarding, FSSAI and packaging compliance checks, then listing.
Rescue work

Already listed, but not selling?

This is usually faster than a new launch, and cheaper. Most stalled catalogues have the same three problems: titles written for the boardroom, no backend search terms, and ads running on a page that can't convert.

  • Catalogue audit against live search demand and competitor listings
  • Title, bullet and backend keyword rewrite
  • A+ modules rebuilt around the objection that's losing the sale
  • Campaign restructure - wasted spend cut, winners scaled
  • A written before-and-after so you can see exactly what changed

Getting started

What we need from you

Five things. If you have them ready, we can start this week.

GST & registration

GST certificate and business registration details for seller account setup.

Brand proof

Trademark certificate or application number, for brand registry and A+ content access.

Product

Samples or high-resolution images, plus specs, variants and packaging dimensions.

Commercials

MRP, cost price and the margin you can hold - this decides which platforms make sense.

One approver

A single person who can sign off copy and creative. This one saves the most time.

Fulfilment plan

Whether you'll ship yourself or use platform fulfilment. We'll advise if you're unsure.

Questions

Before you ask

Who owns the seller account?

You do, always. Accounts are registered in your business name with your credentials. We work inside them with delegated access, and if we part ways you keep the account, the history and the reviews.

Do we have to list on all eleven platforms?

No, and you probably shouldn't. Each platform costs inventory, margin and attention. We'll tell you which two or three your category actually belongs on and expand from there once those are profitable.

What if my category isn't a good fit for quick commerce?

We'll say so before you spend anything. Quick commerce works for fast-moving, low-consideration, compact products. If yours is none of those, the onboarding effort won't pay back and we'd rather point you at Amazon and your own store.

Do you handle inventory and shipping?

No - we don't take custody of stock. We advise on fulfilment model, help set up platform fulfilment where it makes sense, and keep listings in sync with what you can actually ship.

Can you also run our marketing?

Yes, and most clients end up doing both. Listing puts you on the shelf; digital marketing is what makes it move. Same team, same brief.

What does it cost?

It depends on SKU count, platform mix and whether you're launching or rescuing. We quote against a written scope after the category assessment - never a rate card before we've seen the catalogue.
